About OverThinQ
The Backstory
I spent years as an executive at one of the Big 4 consulting firms, advising Fortune 500 companies on their most consequential decisions. And I noticed something that still bothers me:
The smartest people in the room kept making the same mistakes.
Not because they lacked intelligence or information. Because they couldn't see their own cognitive biases in real time. Confirmation bias made them double down on flawed strategies. Anchoring bias made them fixate on the first number in a negotiation. Sunk cost fallacy kept them pouring resources into dying initiatives.
And every time, someone would say “trust your gut” — which is neurologically equivalent to saying “trust the system that produces the errors.”
I became obsessed with a question:
What if there were a way to preserve the depth of human thinking while stripping out the biases that corrupt it?
That obsession became OverThinQ.
It's an AI-powered decision intelligence platform that doesn't tell you what to decide. It shows you how you're thinking — the biases distorting your judgment, the strategic angles you're missing, the frameworks that would sharpen your reasoning.
It's built on the premise that overthinking isn't a weakness. It's a superpower that most people have never been given the right tools to use.
I'm Tim Raja. I overthink everything. I built this so you can too — and win anyway.
